One Detroit Center

First building of the 1990's

'94 World Cup
One of the first development of the 90’s that was expected to spark a revival centered around Downtown, Midtown, and New Center areas. It is a skyscraper and it overlooks the Detroit Financial District. It is the tallest office building in Detroit and the second tallest overall building behind the Renaissance Center which is located a few blocks away. One Detroit Center is home to many law firms, banks and retails.
